Toronto Star: Co-Ownership

We are excited to share that The Toronto Star has featured Lappin House, a low-rise co-ownership development prototype, with insights from Principal Joanne Lam about the concept.

The article highlights how Dare to Share?, a co-living booth created by Joanne Lam and Eric Martin at Toronto’s Interior Design Show, received much-welcomed feedback, which was a catalyst for testing a new urban co-living model.

The article also notes that “it’s the bricks and mortar that she hopes will help fuel the grassroots demand that would force institutions - cities, banks - to make co-ownership with the built-in community a more accessible option.”
